Inventories
Shortly after a person dies in Switzerland, the local authorities will draw up a so-called sealing protocol that outlines the estate of the deceased and seals it if necessary. The representative of the cantonal government at the local level will then decide whether an inventory for tax purposes, an estate inventory or a public inventory need to be made. The heirs of the deceased can request that a specific notary perform the inventory. We will be happy to assist you throughout this entire process after the death of a relative, and we also offer you sound advice with regard to all the steps that need to be taken here. Among other things, we have a wealth of experience and expertise in the creation of inventories.
