Advance Care Directive

For the case that you are no longer capable of judgement, an advance care directive (Vorsorgeauftrag) can be drawn up in order to appoint a specific individual to assist you and manage your assets and investments as per your instructions.

We will examine your personal situation with you in order to determine whether it makes sense for you to establish an advance care directive, and we will also explain to you the different forms such an agreement might take.
