Establishment
A foundation is established by the endowment of assets for a particular cause. A foundation may be created by public deed or by testamentary disposition (last will or contract of inheritance). Drawing up a public deed requires notarisation.
The foundation charter contains the foundation’s articles of association and describes the foundation’s governing bodies and the main features of its organisation. Other regulations such as organisational regulations and compensation rules address other aspects of the foundation organisation.
We work for numerous foundations in many different areas and will be happy to offer you advice and support in connection with all questions and issues relating to the establishment of a foundation. We help you choose the right kind of foundation organisation for your needs. We also draw up all the required foundation documents, notarise them if necessary and manage all registration processes.
