We can also offer you advice with regard to establishing an association (e.g. interest group, industry or sector association).

The incorporation of a public limited company or private limited company must be notarised. A new company can be structured in different ways (in particular in terms of its capital structure, capital contributions and articles of association) depending on the type of business the company is to engage in, as well as the personal and financial circumstances of its founders. We present the various options to you and work with you to find the best solution for your needs.

Before you actually incorporate your company, we will go over the required documents, and we will also manage all the necessary notarisations. The latter service can also be performed if your company is to be domiciled outside the Canton of Berne.
